We did not want to overlook letting everyone at Liberty Plumbing know how pleased and satisfied we were with the service we received from start to finish, whether on the phone or in person.
The quick find of, and diagnosing the problem of the broken kitchen drain pipe; the quick scheduling of a crew to come out; the dismantling of the kitchen cabinets, counter top and dishwasher without destroying them, the jackhammering of the floor saving as much of the tiled area as possible; repairing the pipe and correcting "sins" of the original contractors; repairing the HVAC ductwork that settled and separated letting the drain water and dishwater water into it; refilling the void with sand and finishing with a layer of concrete to provide the floor with stability all keeping the dust and dirt to a minimum. they cleaned up everyday before leaving and removed all the debris so we could function as best as could be expected.
Everyone that walked through our door was respectful of our home and courteous. Thank you for tolerating our dog Princess. It was quite an ordeal for her.
We hope we dont have a need to contract with Liberty Plumbing for something as drastic as this repair, but if we do (or for any other plumbing, construction and re-construction work) we wont have any qualms in calling. we will be happy to recommend you to neighbors, family and friends and don't hesitate to use us for referral.
